About Us
Wonder Gems is a Toronto, Ontario (Canada) based small business selling crystal sleep kits and one-of-a-kind crystal specimens. All prices on the Site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
One-of-a-Kind Inventory
Many of our crystal listings are for a single, unique piece. Once a one-of-a-kind item is sold, it cannot be restocked, and photos are of the actual item you will receive (natural variation in color, size, and inclusions is normal and expected in genuine crystals).
Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details.
Product Information
Crystals are natural products, and we describe them to the best of our knowledge. We do not make medical claims about the healing or therapeutic properties of any product, and nothing on this Site should be treated as medical or psychological advice.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including photos, product descriptions, and the Wonder Gems name and logo, belongs to Wonder Gems and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder Gems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
