Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada and to the United States. All prices are listed in CAD; US customers will see their card issuer's exchange rate applied at checkout.

 

Processing Time

Each order is packed by hand with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships. During live sale weekends or holidays, this may extend slightly - we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order (many of our crystals are heavier than they look!). Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days after processing; US delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

 

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Because many of our crystals are large, heavy, or fragile specimens, we package them extremely carefully and insure higher-value pieces. If your piece arrives damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
