Our Promise

All sales are final. Because our crystal pieces are one-of-a-kind and our sleep kits are made in small batches, we don't offer traditional returns or exchanges. But your happiness matters more to us than a policy - if something arrives damaged, isn't as described, or just isn't sitting right with you, reach out to us at hello@shopwondergems.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please photograph the item and its packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they haven't yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, our final sale policy applies.
